Please review my booking policy below before booking an appointment.
By booking an appointment you agree to abide by my policy.

- MASKS ARE PREFERRED. Do not book me if you are sick.
All deposits are non-refundable and are required at the time of booking.
$25 deposit for general services
$50 deposit for microloc maintenance
$200 deposit per day for microloc installs.
- If you are running late please let me know. 20 minutes late for an appointment must reschedule.
- NO SHOWS CANNOT BOOK ME IN THE FUTURE AND IF YOU PAID IN FULL YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
- No drugs or weapons allowed!!
- Book at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Please follow guidlines for microloc maintenace, repairs and pricing.
- Address issues during your appointment so that they can be resolved. I do not provide refunds for services that have been completed.
- If using Afterpay, Affirm, or Klarna, full payment is due before the date of service. (Please request an invoice)

- All new clients require a phone consultation. Send a picture of your hair for an exact cost for service. (803)272-9406
- Excess Microloc Repairs have to be booked on a separate day from your maintenance appointment if I was not informed that repairs were needed. Prices vary.
- If you don’t book a shampoo please come with clean hair blown out straight.
- If sending a text message or leaving a message please provide your name and I will respond to you as soon as I can.

Payments and Pricing
- Refunds will only be sent if I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. If you choose to cancel instead of reschedule you will not be refunded your deposit. Refunds can take up to 7 days if you paid by Affirm, Afterpay, or Klarna or using the invoice depending on your bank.
- How to use the pay-later options: First, complete an application on the direct website www.afterpay.com www.affirm.com www.klarna.com to determine your eligibility. Next, generate a one-time payment card. Last, submit the card information into the square invoice which will be sent to you upon request.
- If you are using Afterpay, Affirm, or Klarna you must still pay your deposit at the time of booking. You can complete your invoice at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before your appointment.
- A 10% processing fee applies to all payments outside of cash and cashapp.
- My prices are listed here, Price List. A phone consultation is required for all loc services prices call (803)272-9406.
- All quoted prices are only good the day that I tell you the price. You should schedule an appointment that day for whatever date you would like to be serviced. If you do not get on my schedule, the price is subject to change.
- Microloc maintenance is 4-6 weeks A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due at the time of booking if you go past your maintenance schedule it can increase the time needed to complete your service and it will be additional charges.
